Golf Swing posture

Stand erect with your feet shoulder width apart, lock your knees and put arms behind back. With shoulders back and looking straight ahead, bow forward (you should be bent at least 30 degrees and feel slight pressure in the back of your thighs and lower back). Next, slightly flex your knees and remain balanced. Finally let you arms hang in front of you, like an elephant’s trunk. This should put you into the correct posture to swing a golf club
